Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations on PredictJEE.
1. Current Pricing
For the JEE Main January 2027 session, all PredictJEE content and features are available free of charge. No payment is required, and therefore no refund situation arises for this session.
When paid plans are introduced for future sessions, this policy will apply in full.
2. Refund Eligibility (for future paid plans)
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days: Considered on a case by case basis with a clear reason required.
- Technical issues: Full refund if a persistent issue prevents access to paid content and we cannot resolve it.
3. Non Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after the 7 day refund window
- Dissatisfaction with examination outcomes (PredictJEE does not guarantee results)
- Failure to use the platform during your subscription period
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violation
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your registered email, date of purchase, reason, and transaction ID if available.
5. Refund Processing
- Processed within 5 to 7 business days
- Credited to the original payment method
- Email confirmation sent once initiated
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of your billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
7. Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but the service is not activated, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will process a reversal within 24 to 48 hours.
8. Disputes
Escalate refund disputes to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
