PredictJEE is a data driven educational platform operated by PredictJEE ("we", "us", "our"). We provide topic and pattern level predictions for the JEE Main examination based on historical data analysis. We also offer practice questions, AI powered hints and solutions, and exam simulation tools.

PredictJEE is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), or any other examination authority or coaching institute.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PredictJEE. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on your behalf. During account registration, you will be asked to confirm this. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

PredictJEE provides the following services:

• Topic and pattern level predictions for JEE Main, ranked by probability
• Practice questions aligned with predicted patterns
• AI powered hints, step by step solutions, and a tutoring chatbot
• Timed exam simulations
• Performance tracking and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

PredictJEE offers both free and premium content. For the JEE Main January 2027 session, all content is available free of charge. Pricing for future sessions will be clearly displayed on our pricing page before any charges apply.

When paid plans are introduced, payment terms, billing cycles, and subscription details will be communicated clearly before you are asked to pay.

This is the most important section of these terms.

Our predictions are generated through statistical analysis of historical JEE Main data spanning multiple years. They represent probabilistic estimates of topic and question type likelihood, not guarantees of what will appear on any examination.

• We do not claim, imply, or guarantee that any specific topic, question type, or pattern will appear in any future JEE Main or other examination.
• Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy.
• Our predictions should be used as a supplementary study tool alongside your regular preparation, not as a replacement for comprehensive study.
• We do not guarantee any specific score, rank, or outcome from using PredictJEE.

Practice questions on PredictJEE are sourced from past JEE Main examinations conducted by NTA. While we employ rigorous multi step verification processes to ensure answer correctness, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any answer, solution, or explanation provided on this platform.

Users are encouraged to cross verify answers with official sources and textbooks. PredictJEE shall not be held liable for any errors in questions, answers, or explanations.

PredictJEE uses artificial intelligence models to generate hints, solutions, and chatbot responses. This AI generated content:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Is provided for educational guidance only
• Should not be treated as authoritative or definitive
• Should be verified independently before relying on it

Past JEE Main examination questions displayed on PredictJEE are the intellectual property of the National Testing Agency (NTA). These questions are reproduced solely for educational and practice purposes. PredictJEE does not claim ownership of these questions.

All other content on PredictJEE, including but not limited to predictions, analysis, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of PredictJEE and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute or resell any content from PredictJEE
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
• Misrepresent PredictJEE predictions as guarantees to other users

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PredictJEE and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from: reliance on predictions or practice material, examination outcomes, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PredictJEE in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

PredictJEE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our predictions, practice questions, AI generated content, or any other service.

You agree to indemnify and hold PredictJEE harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PredictJEE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PredictJEE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
